RPMTEC (established in Shenzhen, China) specializes in helping customers in Die Attach and Wire Bonding processes and application. We are committed to offer manufacturing engineering technical guidance, application best practices, effective equipment optimization and material performance characterization to determine how to achieve high quality, economically competitive products in Semiconductor Front-End assembly.
